Here you will find scores of videos from our past events and the live feed from current live ones. We have livestreamed almost all our events since 2010 because we know not everyone can make it to wherever we are holding an in-person event and we are all about connecting crowds to our startups and important panel discussions. MedStartr events are somewhat like that TV show Shark Tank but here the sharks are key healthcare stakeholders that are ready to partner, invest, adopt, mentor and try the medical innovations being presented. We always include audience participation and voting in the form of questionnaires that help determine who wins. Online audiences can also follow all the action under the #MedMo hashtag and others. All this is to help teams gain what we call MedStartr Momentum, or MedMo, which is what teams get when they do well on our platforms and stages and when they win our contests. Momentum is critical for startups, especially in healthcare.
Thank you to our sponsors for hosting and supporting these events including Aetna, Emblem, BCBS Louisiana, Verizon, Sprint, AT&T, PwC, Allscripts, Pfizer, Takeda, Sanofi, HP, GE, VNSNY, HHS, NYCEDC, Trade France, Enterprise Ireland, the City of New Orleans, Oschner, HCA, Lafayette Foundation, U Miami / Jackson Health, Northwell, Mt Sinai, Rockafeller, NYU, Columbia, Northwestern, NJIT, Tulane, the AHA, AMA, AMIA, CityMD, DataArt, Cohn-Reznick, McCarter & English, ZocDoc, the Alliance for Better Health, and so many more. Thank you also to our crowd of friends and collaborators on social media that help spread the word around the world quicker – folks like Colin Hung and Joe Babian of #HCLDR, Regina Holliday of #TheWalkingGallery, @ePatientDavedeBronkart, Aline Noizet, Eugene Borukhovich, Gregg Masters, Paulo Machado, Wen Dombrowski, Grace Cordovano, Casey Quinlan, and so many more! Without the support of our NYC, NOLA, and Global Communities and a massive crowd of mentors, leaders and supporters, none of this would work, so we are very grateful.
An explainer video from when we were just events and crowdfunding, we need to update as a VC and Accelerator, but it’s still a great video and gives the vibe of our events quite well.
